The Website is an online platform that provides an intermediation service consisting of hosting and facilitating the dissemination of adult advertising listings inserted by third-party advertisers.

The owner acts exclusively as an intermediation service provider under the terms of the LSSI-CE. The owner does not provide, intervene in, organize, or participate in any way in the services that advertisers may offer or arrange with third parties, nor does it obtain any benefit from them. Any relationship established between advertisers and users is independent of the owner and occurs under the sole responsibility of the parties involved.


3. Age Restriction and Adult Content

The Website contains material intended exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age. Access is strictly prohibited for minors.

By accessing and browsing the Website, the user declares and guarantees that they are over 18 years of age and that access to adult content is lawful in their place of residence. If you are a minor, or if such content is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must leave the Website immediately.


4. Terms of Use for Visiting Users

The user agrees to make diligent and lawful use of the Website and, in particular, agrees not to:

  1. Use the Website for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith, morality, or public order.
  2. Reproduce, copy, distribute, systematically extract (scrape), or exploit the contents without the express authorization of the owner or the legitimate third party.

5. Terms for Advertisers

The insertion of listings is reserved for natural persons of legal age with full legal capacity. By publishing a listing, the advertiser declares and guarantees the following:

  1. That they are over 18 years of age and that all individuals appearing in or described in the listing are also over 18 years of age.
  2. That they act freely, voluntarily, and independently, on their own behalf, without coercion, deception, or intermediation by third parties who profit from their activity.
  3. That they hold all rights to the images, texts, and data they publish, or that they have the express and unequivocal consent of the individuals appearing in them for their publication on the Website.
  4. That the information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
  5. That the published content does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate current legislation.

It is strictly prohibited to publish content that:

  1. Involves, suggests, or refers to minors.
  2. Is related to human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or any form of slavery or servitude.
  3. Promotes unlawful activities, violence, hatred, or discrimination.
  4. Impersonates third parties or uses images or data of individuals without their consent.

The advertiser is the sole and exclusive responsible party for the content they publish. By inserting a listing, they grant the owner a free, non-exclusive, and limited license to store, reproduce, and display such content on the Website solely for the purpose of providing the service. The owner may remove or suspend without prior notice any listing that violates these terms or current legislation.


6. Moderation and Content Removal (Notice and Takedown)

The owner is not obligated to pre-screen all hosted content. However, upon becoming effectively aware that content is unlawful or infringes the rights of third parties, they will act diligently to remove it or block access to it.

Any individual who detects content that is allegedly unlawful, affects them, or is believed to violate the law (including the appearance of their data or images without consent) may request its removal by contacting info@sloquo.es, providing the necessary information to identify the content.


7. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The elements of the Website (code, design, structure, logos, trademarks, and other distinctive elements) are owned by the owner or by third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Their reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The owner does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, lawfulness, or currency of the content published by advertisers, and assumes no liability for such content or for any dealings, services, or relationships that may arise between advertisers and users.

The owner is not liable for damages arising from interruptions, viruses, technical failures, or the unavailability of the Website, within the limits permitted by law.


9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. The owner does not control or assume responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.


10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data collected through the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.


11. Modifications

The owner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, as well as the presentation and configuration of the Website. Modifications will take effect upon their publication.


12. Partial Nullity
